    ImplementationID learns how your fund works in the background, while your team works in its usual tools. A small window shows that logging is on, which process it is mapping and how far the mapping has come. The step log keeps screens and field labels, and typed values are removed on the staff machine.   • Governing sources are never generated or edited.

What is ImplementationID?

ImplementationID is a platform that was created to make implementation simpler, faster, and more efficient. By closely analyzing RFPs and vendor responses, and drawing on our own deep implementation expertise, we've reimagined every stage of the process, from discovery through post go-live. While implementation practices have remained largely unchanged for decades, we're modernizing the process and setting a new standard.

If our documentation and procedures are very outdated, can this still work?

Yes. ImplementationID works from messy documents, or none at all. It's simple: your IT installs the step logging desktop app or browser extension once, it maps how your fund works from your staff's everyday work, and it drafts your procedures from that. It also recommends improvements, which you approve as they are or edit to your liking.

Is this another discovery program with our staff in workshops?

No. Your team keeps doing its job while the step log and nightly runs do the mapping. Your staff answer short question batches, confirm findings and sign.

What does the mapping tool keep from staff screens?

No keystrokes and no screen video from the browser tool. The step log keeps which screen, which field label and which transition. Typed values are removed on the staff machine. Dropdown option lists are kept in full, and we say so.

How do we know the AI didn't make this up?

Every statement carries its provenance. Inferred is a separate label from Observed, and where evidence is thin, a question is raised instead.

Will your AI rewrite our plan document?

No. Governing sources are read-only. Amendment language is drafted only for documents your organization owns, and a person decides whether to adopt it.

Our board won't sign something an AI wrote.

They sign documents drafted from the step log of everyday work, checked against their own governing documents, with their counsel in the chain.

You're letting AI build our pension system?

The system was built by our engineers. ImplementationID's build phase uses AI to configure that existing build, so it follows the coding standards already set in the foundation, just as ImplementationID drafts your process documents to set rules and guidelines. It works from requirements your staff signed, the same engineers oversee every change, approving it or correcting anything that's wrong, and the tests it must pass were signed before it started.

We're a multiemployer fund. Does sign-off work for a joint board?

Yes. Union and employer trustee seats sign side by side, with a defined path if they deadlock, and union representatives are briefed first.

How much of our staff's time does this take?

It depends on the arrangement. Opt in to our implementation experts and the impact on your staff is minimal. Combine them with ImplementationID, and your staff simply answer questions as they go about their day-to-day work. If you'd like to be more involved, that's entirely up to you.

Where does ImplementationID's AI run?

ImplementationID currently uses a model from one of the large LLM providers, through a system that keeps your data inside the cloud where your solution is hosted. Your data never reaches the LLM provider; it stays isolated with your solution's cloud hosting provider.
